Wellness Chart Printable via muddybootsanddiamonds.comYesterday I shared the wellness chart I created to (hopefully) keep me motivated to lose my last 10 pounds of baby weight, or at least get me on track to making healthier habits a routine. I mentioned it needed tweaking, which I’ve just managed to do and now I want to share it in case anyone out there wants to print the chart out for their use as well.

Even though I said I wasn’t going to start this until Sunday, I’ve already made a conscious effort to up my water intake. Did you know you should aim for about half your body weight in ounces every day? I know I’m still not close to drinking my goal of 64oz, but what little I’ve upped is something!
