I’m in the homestretch with the Running/PiYo Challenge and that feels awesome! Sunday is technically the last day, but I’m going to continue through next week so I can do the workouts I missed when I was out of town/sick a few weeks ago.
I’m pleased with the scale and I’m pleased with how my clothes fit. No one has looked at me and said “Oh! Have you lost weight?” but I know I have and I’m feeling a little more confident because of it. What I think matters more, right?
To lose 5 pounds and be able to run consistently for 20 minutes.
